the code along with user support are available under the widely used AIMMS and GAMS modeling languages on a variety of
platforms.
- The GAMS/BARON solver
is available freely via the NEOS
server for optimization, along with free computing time.

The code is developed and maintained by Nick Sahinidis's optimization group.
